We had the pleasure to cook for Sue and Chuck Radcliff’s wedding in Beaver Dam, KY.  Sue and Chuck are great people and friends – but he is a BBQ man.  For us to be called in to cook for a BBQ man is a real honor.  Enjoy these images – we did a little fun thing here with a potato bar – they inhaled it.

Cindy and I had the good fortune of meeting Jim Diemer in Bowling Green, KY.  When we pulled up, there were Bowling Green Fire Dept trucks there – if the Firemen go there, you know if must be good – and it was.

Jimmy is a real personality and we loved his Q.  Thanks Jimmy for a great lunch and the tour of his store, restaurant and Pit.

As a former bride who had Kentucky Land and Cattle, cater my Rehearsal Dinner, you will not be disappointed!!!  They are AMAZING they left nothing to chance!!!!!  Good luck to the bride, but feel safe in knowing you picked the perfect caterer!!!

I can’t tell you how many wonderful compliments we received on the food, people raved on and on about how good it was. We are so happy that we chose you to do the food for the wedding, and we were blown away by your setup and how hard you guys worked all day, we appreciate it all more than we can say. And the leftovers!! I never in my wildest dreams imagined there would be SO much food leftover, we have shared it with many people and they all have nothing but praises for how wonderful it is. Many, many thanks for making this day even more special to us, you and Cindy and truly a treasure and we are grateful and so appreciative of your excellent service and food quality.
